Registration

1.- 1. The registration must be done electronically to the email humboldtyucatan2018@gmail.com with the following information:

• Participant details: Full name of the participant, institution, country and email.

• Participation modality, indicating the corresponding case Speakers, Students or General Assistant.

• Readable payment receipt in .JPG or .PDF format

• If you need an invoice, you must attach the complete information you require us to include.

• The Subject of the email should be "REGISTRATION First and Last Name"

2.- If the full payment receipt is not sent to the email address above, we cannot guarantee your place at the Conference. Please do sent your receipt even if you do not need an invoice.

II. Payment process

1.- Registration Fees

If the payment is made within the Mexican Republic, these are the registration fees:

Early bird registration fee (by February 12, 2018)

• Participants with papers:
2,280 MXN
• Students (with student ID or oficial letter from the university)
285 MXN
• Guests:
1,520 MXN

Late registration fee (by April 12, 2018)

• Participants with papers:
2,850 MXN
• Students (with student ID or oficial letter from the university)
380 MXN
• Guests:
1,900 MXN

If the payment is made abroad, the fee must be covered in US dollars, according to the exchange rate of the moment:

Early bird registration fee (by February 12, 2018)

• Participants with papers:
USD 120
• Students (with student ID or oficial letter from the university)
USD 15
• Guests:
USD 80

Late registration fee (by April 12, 2018):

• Participants with papers:
USD 150
• Students (with student ID or oficial letter from the university)
USD 20
• Guests:
USD 100

2.- Please pay your registration fee on the dates indicated. No payments will be accepted after April 12, 2018 or during the Conference.
